What is the Yoga of Energy Flow?

The basic practice in The Yoga of Energy Flow is yoga in which breath, movement and postures are combined with correct alignment and sequence. Yoga is a healing art which opens energetic pathways, promotes joint mobility, and helps maintain flexibility.  The breath is used to relax the nervous system, which in turn calms the mind.  When the mind is still, you can listen to your true self, connecting to deeper wisdom, and both creativity and healing are facilitated.

 What is a Yoga of Energy Flow class with Ana like?

Students will leave this class with greater awareness of how breath and movement are connected in flowing poses and sustained alignment poses.   Students will experience the calming benefits of their practice and a greater sense of well being.

Ana trained with well known Yoga of Energy Flow teacher Daniel Orlansky and Iyengar yoga teacher Liz Owen.
